It's very likely a proprietary font created by a commercial artist employed by or contracted by the Gap. Most advertisements / corporate logos use fonts they create on their own, and it wouldn't be one you can download, until somebody emulates it and calls it "Thug App" or something.

it's not so much of a font rather than a effect with some sort of photoshopping software. but there are tons of sites that have fonts for instance...
