Around here most people lose it in highschool. I was trying to wait until marraige but I made it almost 19 years. Ive only had sex with one man and we are getting married in 2008 :-)

I think its 16 or 17. I know how it feels to be made fun of bc your still a prude. I am still a virgin and Im 21 and graduating college. I've never been in a relationship until now but honestly i don't regret it bc i focused on school instead of getting laid. You should lose your virginity to a girl u love. High school is a joke and superficial. Im dating a guy i love and he respects that Im a virgin. It shows your personality and tells other your life is not sex consumed. Always think about achieving in academics. you will find a girl who will care for u.

I'd go with 16. But that is here in Australia. Sure there are some who get going at 13/14, and some who wait unti lthey are in their 20. The average though would be about 16.

Teens! Where have you been?
Seriously, more people are holding out. Technically I lost it playing "doctor" when I was six. But ruling that out, I was average, 17.

College age. I don't remember the exact numbers, but I do recall reading a survey indicating that less than half of all high school seniors are sexually active.

Well, I've been homeschooled so I missed most of that scene. But I can say that probably by 14 nowadays. I know that would have been me, had I been in that kind of life with the opportunities. It's too young. =\ But it's common nonetheless.
