As far as stock production cars, Bugatti Veyron....and it is available in red/black...

From Wikipedia....
The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is currently the fastest, most powerful, and most expensive street-legal full production car in the world, with a proven top speed of over 400 km/h (407.9 km/h or 253.2 mph), though several faster or more expensive vehicles have been produced on a limited basis. Produces an advertised 1001 hp, although actually rated slightly higher. 0-60 in 2.5 secs. Features a W16 engine (two V8s mounted back to back) fed by four turbochargers.

And I remember reading somewhere that you could let a McLaren F1 (previously the fastest car) get to 100 mph before the Bugatti even moved, and the Bugatti would still beat it to 200 mph.....

Good question, tough to answer. Some of the cars now are so fast that it really doesn't matter. Once you get over 200+ mph what does it matter? The Bugatti Bayron is quite quick. I just got word that Carroll Shelby will build a limited number of Super Snakes, Shelby Mustangs. They will come with around 650hp and then you can go up to 725hp. They are due next year I think. good luck

No it's not a Ferrari. It would have to be what ever one holds the land speed record right now. And since that keeps changing I have no idea what it is.
