I think we declare victory and pull the troops. However; the House and Senate are giving the insurgents (notice I did not say OUR enemy) a time frame to regroup. Screw it; let's pull out but not deliver the stinking date. We pull Akbar to the side and say..."Yo bro, we have done all we are going to do. Get your head out of your rear and start planning for an Iraq with out our (USA) children. And Akbar; have a nice life, and when you call dial 1-800-collect!"

Works for me... But can't we leave Bush & Cheney behind? -Nobody will miss them with the next Election so close... And I'm SURE that the Iraqi people would be SO happy if they stayed- there'd be a HUGE gun-firing celebration in their honor! :)
