If you live in LA you can check out the new Manic Panic store, they have white foundation. They also sell their stuff at a lot of independent stores: http://www.manicpanic.com/
If you can get online, I really suggest Amphigory: http://www.amphigory.com/ They sell tiny, cheap samples to help you find the right shade for you.

I would try Hot Topic or Torrid. They usually have some kickass makeup! Maybe even Spencer's Gift Store. Good Luck!

I agree, checking hot topic would probably be your best bet. If that doesn't work try a theater or costume shop. Theater make up is the best. It stays on like forever....never smudges.
