No. The Series has ended on a home run twice:
1960, Pirates 10 - Yankees 9, Mazeroski hits a solo dinger opening the bottom of the ninth of Game 7.
1993, Blue Jays 8 - Phillies 6, Carter goes deep with one out and two on in the bottom of the ninth of Game 6.
There have been other World Series game-ending home runs -- Fisk in 1975 a personal favorite -- but only these two Series enders.

The guys above me are right about the walkoffs in the World Series. So, as a Mets fan, I'll add in an awesome playoff memory that I have. The 1999 NLCS, Mets vs Braves:
The Mets tie the score at 3-3 with a bases-loaded walk with one out in the 15th, bringing up Robin Ventura. He comes through with the first walk-off grand slam – and the first grand slam in extra innings – in postseason history, clearing the center-right field wall and forcing Game 6, but is officially credited with only a 1-run single after being mobbed by teammates upon passing first base.
Since you asked about Grand Slams, I figured that was relevant and a cool story.

No. The only World Series game 7 walk-off home run was in 1960, when Bill Mazeroski hit a 1-run shot to win it for the Pirates.

Only twice has a WS ended with a HR, a solo shot by Bill Mazeroski in 1960 (game 7) and a 3-run HR by Joe Carter in 1993 (game 6).

no protective deficiencies will make carry them lower back some. KC being good and Cleavland being extra effective will carry them lower back even extra. I say they bypass over the playoffs, third contained in the critical.
