Longest peel:
On October 16 1976, then 16 year old, Kathy Wafler Madison managed to peel an apple without the peel breaking. The record setting peel was measured at 172 feet 4 inches long.

I don't know about a record for peeling an apple, but this source will give you info on the world's longest apple peel.
