What are the categories? Speed? Longest peel? Thinnest peel.? Most interesting cut? etc.

Longest peel:
On October 16 1976, then 16 year old, Kathy Wafler Madison managed to peel an apple without the peel breaking. The record setting peel was measured at 172 feet 4 inches long.
Caution: - Now before you go trying to break the record keep in mind she was a sales manager for an apple tree nursery.
