Brainwashed, yes. Throw 'member of a religious cult' up there too because that's what global warming has become. Followers of the global warming philosophy exhibit the exact same traits as followers of a radical religion.

No, it's what happens when two amazingly ignorant people get together.

You may as well admit it, with the release of the 4th IPCC report the science is now more final than ever, human activities are responsible for most or all of the warming seen over the past century.

I would also like to point out the futility of calling anthropogenic global warming theory a religion. It is a scientific theory, and has undergone the exact same scrutiny and testing as any other scientific theory, and has passed with flying colours. Calling it a religion is not meaningful simply on the grounds that it in no way fits the definition of the word. And if you simply insist on claiming otherwise I'm afraid (and I know you contrarians hate this) I'll have to demand that you present your evidence supporting this egregious accusation.

Edit: Prison, firstly, you did not in any way 'scold' me. In fact, you completely missed my response to you, which was, in my opinion, fairly good. Since you failed to respond to anything I said I can only assume it is because you conceded the argument.

Secondly, I will again say that the science is pretty much final on the issue, and there really is little room left for debate over anything but the smallest details. If you can find anything wrong or amiss with the theory by all means point it out to me and I will attempt to clear the issue up for you.

Edit # 2: In reference to the site you posted; I could probably sit down for a few minutes and refute every one of the arguments myself (they're all just standard contrarian drivel that I've heard a thousand times before), but since I've done so so very many times that now the idea seems somewhat dull, I'll just point you in the direction of realclimate.org, a site run by fifteen highly qualified climate scientists currently doing research in the field, you'll find refutations of all of the site's arguments there.
