You can try and lose weight although this does not always work, it depends on whether your breasts are made up of solid breast tissue or of fatty tissue. If you are young ( teen to 30) then they will be more solid tissue than fat tissue- my Plastic Surgeon explained this to me
If you try to lose weight then cardio works really well, jogging, walking etc. Make sure that you wear a really supportive bra and regularly massage moisturiser into your breasts to keep the skin hydrated so that if you do lose weight you wont have too much lose skin.

I once lost 10 kilograms and my breasts grew from a 34E to 34G. 2 weeks ago I had a Breast Reduction- that is the only true way to go for smaller breasts. As someone else mentioned it is pricey for a reduction, I paid AU$11,000 and will get back $3000 from Medicare and from Health Tax.

My surgeon took 500 grams of solid breast tissue from each breast ( and I didn't even go very small) but he only got about 100 grams of fatty tissue through liposuction from each. Meaning that even if I had of tried to exercise even more it would have been physically impossible for me to lose the weight from my breasts.

Well, depending on your weight, losing fat can help to make your breasts smaller. You'll lose all the fat around your breasts, your ribs, and back. That bieng said, you can't actually make your boobs shrink. If it's a real problem (back aches, etc) consider a breast reduction. If not, learn to love em! Most girls would die for big breasts.

Well I heard my friends talking, and if you use this exercise machine, I call it an arm press (you push two parts of the mechanism together and in doing so you lift the weights) and that burns arm fat and since your arm shares the same parts of your body as your breasts, you lose fat there and they get smaller and perkier. I guess push-ups will do too!

you desire a verb or something on your question... in the different case it should not be a question ;o) yet as long as they don't seem synthetic for sure, all breasts are pleasing - from flat to wide. If that develop into what you're asking ;o)

Only two ways:

Lose a lot of weight- breasts are all fatty tissue- it's the first place women lose weight.

Breast augmentation- surgical removal of part of the breasts- pricey at about $15,000.

One way is to lose weight overall. If you can reduce your body fat, then your breast size should shrink, because breasts are mostly made up of body fat.

The only other way is through breast reduction surgery.

Try to lose weight, if you have fat to lose. Lost fat comes from different parts of the body, including the fun bags.
