Maybe you're hard to amuse. Just keep searching for more exciting things to fill your life with. There has to be something out there for you.

Probably becuase you've been given mixed signal all of your life like the rest of us have.

You've been fed a fantasy world based upon the dreams of others, and told that it's what you should want because those who present it to you want you to buy a product.

Then you live in the real world of your immediate environment, where things seem so much more mundane and banal.

Life is boring when you feel forced to conform to mindless rituals imposed upon you by others. When you break a pattern by your own volution, you'll notice that you feel more alive than you did before. You can take up a hobby or do something that doesn't cost much money. You'll get negative feedback if it isn't something that conforms to the attitude that you're only responsibility in life is to be a good little worker so that you can be a good little consumer, but you can also swim with the sharks, and become one of the salesman of dreams if you wish.

Either way, the answer is to take more initiative in your own life. Waiting for life to entertain you isn't going to make it more interesting.

I know how that feels. I am 21 and I volunteer for a dog rescue, travel, and always like trying new things but i want more. I think it is because I know no matter how much I do there is always more out there to discover and explore. Maybe I am just insatiable haha but I prefer to think I am adventurous. I agree with the comments about finding purpose. It is hard to feel bored when you are making a difference and doing good in the world. Try traveling as well or just get out of the house. When I am home all day and have nothing to do I get so restless so I will drive to the beach or take my dog on a walk to the park so I can get a fresh perspective. Good Luck to you!

My purpose in life is to not be disappointed with what I did in life. To not get caught up in all of the negative parts of the worlds, there are plenty of beautiful things in this world. Though you don't see that because you don't open your eyes. Beauty is invisible to you.

Those are all things I think are fun, there for I am not bored. I have found things to contain my time and passion with. You know that fairy tale life, I am pretty well living it. And it's not because of events out of my power. It's because of my self and how I look at things.

Though I have been where you are at it's hard to realize this. Sometimes you don't realize till you are very old . I hope you see it and you will realize what elders say is so right. Keep what everyone is saying on this question in mind because after all we are the ones who are not bored.

No explanation why you feel this way huh? Well, life isn't supposed to be an around the clock party. I'm not meaning to be a smartass...just a realist. Most of the time it's work, sleep, eat. It's the events you plan with the people you love and the memories you cherish that make the Mon-Thurs sittin' on the couch (or comp) not so bad.

You must not have any kids....moms crave that borin', plain ol' leave me alone time...lol!

I don't think life is boring. It is the people who live it who are boring. There is always something to do in this life. Go out and live it. Or you can stay and continue with your boring life and stay bored.

I don't know about you, but mine isn't. It could be because you're self-absorbed and are not looking at the world around you. Maybe try taking an interest in someone else, someone less fortunate than you. Go volunteer at a foodbank, or a hospital or a nursing home or a charity of some kind. They'll put you to work and keep you busy!

Life is only going to be as interesting as you make it. If it is boring, it's probably because you don't do anything. Find a hobby, or find a goal and work on obtaining it.

Life isn't going to be very interesting if you just wait for fun things to fall in your lap. It certainly doesn't happen that way.

Maybe it just your life that is boring. Get off your *** and go somewhere you've never been, talk to someone you would never ordinarily meet, learn to do something you've never tried, read a book on a subject you don't know anything about and ask a girl out, whom you'd never give a second look. Life may get very interesting fast.

As someone above said, most people dont have a purpose, so if you find a purpose, hey, you might not be boring. Plus, life is as boring as you want it to be. If you want it to be boring, it will be; If you dont want it to be, well, the odds are it will still be boring...
