Turn them in. I think this is everyones business. When a person steals, the store is losing money, and the honest people end up paying more.

I most certainly would turn them in. They are one of the reasons prices are so high! Why should I support them with free items for them?

i've seen them shop lift and minded my own business if they want to do the crime they can do the time.
