i dreamed that my house was burning down. when i awoke i found that my pillow had fallen on my portable heater next to my bed. the heater was on high and had tipped backwards so the pillow was laying on it. i removed the pillow and went back to sleep. when i awoke in the morning, i saw that the pillow was brown on the one side and I'm pretty sure if i hadn't removed it, it would have caught fire and the house would have burned and if the fire didn't kill me my parents would have. scary stuff

When I was newly married, I dreamt that I was walking down a sidewalk somewhere with my husband, and three children- a boy, dark haired, about 10, another, light haired, around 8 and a little girl, light haired, around 5 (judging from their sizes). The little girl started to step down off the sidewalk and I called her name (a name I'd never thought of naming my child before that) and told her to come back on the sidewalk. Then I woke up. I told my husband about it, and we kind of laughed about it a bit. Well, almost ten years later, we have a dark-haired 8 year old son, an almost six year old blond son and a little blond girl, almost three. And yes, I named my daughter the name I called out in the dream. : ) I've always thought that was kind of neat... .

Yes. Was pregnant without planning it, was confused about whether to give the babe for adoption. At 9 weeks preg. I dreamt that i was carrying my daughter across a feild in a blue infant car seat. I looked down at her and said her name and said, oh what beautiful brown eyes you have! In my dream she was about 6 mos old.
This is how i knew her name and that i would keep her. She has changed my life. And a weird thing about the car seat, at first i thought why would i buy her a blue car seat? she was born 3 mos premature and I didnt have the things i needed. Then another parent from the hospital gave me a carseat, It was the very one from my dream.
My daughter looked the same as in my dream when she was 6 mos old, and she does have beautiful brown eyes.
If i hadn't acted on it and gave her up for adoption i would have been haunted by that dream forever. And I would be missing SO much in my life!

last year i had a dream about two people i know passing away. in the dream, when i had found out that the first person died it switched to the second person's funeral, and then all i remember was being confused because after the funeral was over we had to view the body in the bathroom. a few days after i had the dream i told the second person from the dream about the dream and he said that he almost was hurt badly by someone in an incident and i told him that i thought my dream was a sign that he needed to get his life together and get right with God. I didn't tell the first person from the dream about what i dreamed and, unfortunately in february of this year he passed away.

In one dream... my brother who is deceased sat on the end of my bed and we had a conversation about my sister who is in active addiction.
In another dream I drowned and my spirit left my body and watched. Jesus saved my life and put me under a waterfall. When I woke up.... I was soaking wet. There are many more details but I usually don't tell in a forum setting. I did act on it. I straightened up my life and got my affairs in order. Life is too short to miss the boat. I don't like feeling I am climbing through the window of my life. I got clean ( 10) years now... joined my church and gained a conscience contact with God through prayer and Meditation... and began treating people as I wanted to be treated. I am also a very giving person. I pray and meditate and stopped smoking after 32 years
Whew! When I clean up... I clean up...
