I know I have to do 1/3x ^1/3
but I get stuck after that

you will end up with 1/ cube root of 3x

3 x 1/3= 1 or 1/3x x 1/3 = 1/9x.

(3x)^(- 1/3)
= 1 / (3x)^(1/3) = 1 / [(3^(1/3)) x^(1/3)]
This is as much as can be done with a question such as this.
