Over-easy is always a good idea. But my fav egg dish for breakfast is Eggs Benedict. I am also not opposed to hard-boiled eggs.

Yum! I especially love scrambled eggs. You could also make an omelette by whisking the egg and then frying it on a pan. It would also be delicious if there were ham or cheese in the omelette.

Anyway but scrambled. Haven't been able to eat them scrambled since I had powdered eggs for a year in the Corps back in the 50's. Blech.

I like poached or soft boiled eggs with like fresh fruit and toast. And I like a well done egg, for like a breakfast egg sandwich.
I like egss over easy with hasbrowns and toast.

Scrambled with only 1 yolk per 3 egg whites. Salt and pepper. And have some hot sauce or organic ketchup nearby. Thanks! I can't wait to have some eggs!

I would like mine Sunny Side Up please! just cook them long enough to burn the edges but not too long or you will make the yoke hard and nasty...make sure to add salt and pepper and maybe some paprika! Put some toast on the side so I can wipe up any extra yoke. Yum Yum!
