I am just wondering because I am thinkning about having sex maybe but IDK if it is illegal or not. I am 16 and I am pretty sure that us the age of consent but IDK about the other person or not???? Any help would be apprectiated =S

If you don't know the age of the 'other person' you certainly don't know enough about him/her to have sex with them. How about getting to know someone, share common interests and at LEAST care enough about each other to know their name and age...........
Sorry sweetie, you're not ready....you said so yourself with the IDKs. Sex isn't a right of passage......it should be about caring deeply for someone and they caring for you as well.
