I have 7 Different programs I use 2 every time I'm done for the night and 5 once a week and all 7 once a month... Am I being paranoyid?

I don't think it's paranoia, there are sooo many things that could end up in your computer without you knowing it, that and viruses and trojans are getting so much more advanced every single day, so I think you're taking the right procautions

It seems a bit much, but can you ever be too careful when it comes to technology?
I use 3. I have AVG Free for my virus, Lavasoft Ad-Aware for the spyware stuff, and Spybot as a double-checker. I haven't had any problems with these three since I had my last crash! LOL!

None; I do it manually. Real men don't use programs to clean their system.

yes...if the cops seized your computer, they'd still be able to find everywhere you've been, unless you have copied back over the tops of the files you have erased!!
