you will show much sooner if it is a subsequent pregnancy. in my second pregnancy i had gained 9 lbs by 15 weeks and looked 9 months by about 5. i'm just now 36 weeks and people have been asking me for months already if i'm "about to pop" or if i'm having twins. we're all different. i only weighed about 115 before so i didn't have much "fat" to hide the baby bulge. also, i gained over 50 pounds in my first pregnancy and was back down to 115 in about 9 months. we all gain differently...don't over eat and don't diet, just be healthy. if that means you gain 15 or 50, that is ok. if you're dilligent it will come off.

every woman lookd different at all stages of pregnancy.
a woman at 14 wks. can not look pregnant at all or look like she is about 30wks. just all depends on your body. Becareful and manage your diet well while pregnant so you dont gain to much food weight but maybe your just having a big baby! If your a smaller woman too that can make you show alot more.
Im almost 21 wks. and have gained about 10lbs. they said i am doing good so unless im told otherwise i guess im ok...
Now, when i say manage your diet i dont mean actually diet cause they dont recommend that during pregnancy i just mean watch and make sure your not overdoing it. Eat more smaller meals during the day... you should be good. congrats!

It depends on your shape, size and weight. I'm 15 weeks and you can tell I'm getting a bump, but I have a long torso for my height. So even though I have a couple extra pounds in general you can still see I'm pregnant. And I'm 8 pounds behind since I lost 7 and was supposed to gain two by my last appointment. I've only gained one. Your doc will help keep you on track. And you might still have some bloat going on too.

Hi,
there is no "normal2 in pregnancy. everyone is different. some woen don't even show at 12 weeks, but personally i looked like a beached whale really early! My belly was fatter before I was even really sure Iwas pregnant! It and my boobs grew really fast and really early...
I wasnt happy to be one of the "fatter" ones, but it is perfectly usual! I think its only a lucky few who hardly show at all all the way through!

I wish you loads of luck!
