First of all, what a player does in the playoffs has no bearing on the mvp award. I don't think they'll give it to Nash for a third year in a row, and even though Kobe did some sensational things, I think it'll go to Dirk, who was the best player on the best team. I agree with you that these will be the top three vote getters.

i feel as if dirk just let his team down in the first round and against an 8th seed of all things (no disrespect to gs) and Kobe is probly the most selfish player ive ever watched play, an mvp is not valuable, because of how many "points" they put up, they're the mvp, because they are valuable to their team and truly help their team win, and with 3 consecutive seasons of top assists in the league and being bale to carry his team past the first round, its definitely gotta be STEVE NASH or the NBA totally has lost it
