most men do not relate the cuddling to sexual behavior-its an ends to the mean-that is just one of the things that make women so different than men woman its emotional men it pure physical relief

and men just dont have the concealment crevices.

Its a fact of science - men hate to snuggle
hair in your face
someone breathing on you
contact sweat
less than a foot of the total bedwidth
as soon as you turn out the light they start unfolding extra limbs
the moment you move even the tiniest bit they wake up and ask you whats wrong...
whats wrong is i'm trapped under a hairy inquisitive sex octopus
there are times when "in a good way" just doesn't cover it...

There is a chemical produced in the human brain called oxytocin. Google it if you want to learn more. It's what makes a mother bond to her newborn and want to hold it, nurse it, protect it, and so on. Women have it in spades. Men - little or none. Therefore, they are not "hard-wired" by biology to want to cuddle - at any time!
Knowing that might help you to not take it personally. If you truly love to cuddle afterwards, think of ways you can reciprocate. Maybe he loves Tollhouse cookies. Bake some for him. Tell him each cookie he eats buys you one minute of cuddling.

Because they don't make the same emotional bond that women do when they have sex. That may come later in the relationship, or not at all. Women tend to read a great deal more meaning into sex than men usually do, and it frustrates women when men don't respond the way they would like them to.

My husband loves to cuddle with me and hold me after having sex and being intimate with each other. This is called part of making love. It should be much more then just sex!
