See the future as in crystal ball? No...
Sense the future more deeply & profoundly than others? Yes... without a doubt.

Yes, I believe people can in the sense that one can figure out based on current information a pretty high probability of things turning out in a certain way. The future really is what you make it, regardless of the accuracy of prophecy.

You can't physically see what's going to happen exactly. But predictions and educated guesses are definately possible.
Just depends on how abstract you want to use the term "see the future"

Of course-some are blessed with sight and vision,
some are blessed with other gifts-
but I do believe there are those who can foresee the future-
I believe some people can see the past,
or talk to those from it-
I humbly believe that whatever is in the cards,-
so mote it be!!

no, but I do believe that some people can read minds, because I'm one of them.
I'll shed some light on the subject. now where to start...
well, you see, each persons mind is unique, like their voices. it takes a lot of time to recognize their mind and, in doing so, be able to read it.
each mind operates differently as well. some are clearer then others. the results are imprecise, and often misunderstood. it's similar to hearing. the more energy they use on their thought, the clearer it becomes. when they use a lot of energy, it's like seeing it almost undisrupted, but if they are barely thinking about it, then it's like trying to see through that shower glass with the lights turned off.
I would explain it in greater detail, but I don't really understand it much myself.

I can predict some things based on experience and someone's personality but I wouldnt say that I see their future!!

no. people that say they can still come along the same unexpected problems in life as everybody else. what about the ones who have to morgage thier houses? they should have seen it coming and saved more money earlier. what about the ones that have had thier dogs run away? they should have seen it comin and put it on a leash.
