I am 30 weeks and many people have told me that during a lunar eclipse i should wear a safety pin or a key by my stomach to avoid a cleft lip.Is this true will my baby get a cleft lip if I dont do that?

Lol thats super funny. People say alot of things. Dont listen to that it has nothing to do with the moon. Dont worry sweetie!

Thats crazy, if that were true then every single baby in utero would be born with a cleft lip during that time, stop listening to all the crazies and just enjoy your last few days of quiteness

Its a superstition. I have neever heard this one before. I don't think there can be anything at all in this one, although a lot of other superstitions are actually based on what we now know are proven scientific facts!

I wouldnt worry at all about this.

good luck with your baby and rest as much as you can. It wont be long before you are going to be really tired!

i don't think it's true at all!
i believe that
cleft lips run in the family
and females carry the gene.

It is not at all true. That is nothing more than an old wives tale; and has no basis in scientific fact.
