1) If you're on the pill and you take them on time without missing days, you're fine.

2) If he really didn't ejaculate, you're fine.

3) You can get pregnant at any point in your cycle. Take the morning after pill if you're that concerned. It isn't something you should use often but it's safe for about one use a month should you actually be that careless to need it. It will not do you any harm and there is a minimal risk of sickness but listen to the pharmacist. (The sooner the better and they are available without prescription.)

hi,

You are highly unlikely to get pregnant in this senario but it can happen.
If your cycle is fairly regular and say 28 days long, the you would ovulate at about day 14. In which case day 4 of your period is before you have ovulated. If you had sex three days or less before ovulation then the chances would go up a lot because some of the sperm can survive that long in your tubes before meeting and fertilising the egg.
you would also be at more risk if your cycle is irregular.
Most people do not ovulate during their period, that would be rare, but it has been known to happen.
i think there is tiny risk but not one you shoulld really worry about at all. Nothing is ever 100% but in this instance ! think you can breath a sigh of relief and not worry!
I wish you lots of luck!

Im more concerned you have a pack of the morning after pill? Did you just purchase them when this happened? Is this something that happens on a regular basis, that you need the morning after pill?

if you mean you have had a cycle for four days then the likelihood is small. If you are having a cycle, it means you have already ovulated. You can still ovulate during your cycle, but it is rare. If you are really worried, you can take the morning after pill to prevent pregnancy

I cried in the time of intercourse and it replaced into because of the fact I felt so susceptible; scared to experience so good understanding i'd desire to back be harm plenty, so i be conscious of what you advise. And specific, i'm nonetheless with this guy who understood the tears and held me close and kissed the tears from my face.

not sure why you could not get the morning after pill for that, or why your gyn would not tell you to do so...you can get pregnant during your period, though it is unusual...and a guy has pre-seminal fluid (the fluid before actual ejaculation), that he may not notice...pre-seminal fluid is packed with potent sperm...personally, I would not chance it.
