They are terrible..They overcharged me for like a year, and then I had credit on my account for like 2 months..now, they are overcharging me again!
When I call to talk to someone..they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. They jaust want to see what they can get me to agree to add to my phone. One rep even added something, after I told him I didn't want it! I can't wait until my agreement is up!

I'm done venting;)

I bet they're not as bad as Time Warner. They take the cake.

I do!
That's why I'm no longer with them! They were charging me 12cents a min. when I had the % cents a min plan and they'd fix it and do it again the next month.EEERRRRRRR!!!!!!!!
