An unclear bomb? Sounds fuzzy.

Well... more people would die. I suppose the nuclear bomb would "blow the tornado away" if u will by disrupting the rotation. I think you were getting at fallout being spread more quickly due to the tornado winds, but like I said, the force from the nuke would probably disrupt the rotation of the tornado. Hmm, makes you think..

ill think you mean a normal bomb with a "nuclear" load, a dirty bomd. when a bomb like that exploded nearby a tornado the spread of the nuclear pollution Will be big, it depends of the amount of nuclear waist and the size of the tornado what will be the outcome.

It's those perfectly transparent bombs that worry me.

However, if it were a nuclear bomb of even moderate size it would almost undoubtedly disrupt any tornado and a large portion of any storm system nearby.

The tornado would be canceled out because the nuclear bomb explosion had more force,but the explosion would be an implosion because of it's negative pressure.A guess?

It would probably disrupt air flow into the tornado...but wouldn't recommend it as a tornado dispersal mechanism!
