i have one 2 small bumps right under the head of my penis they are skin colored but sometimes get kind of flaky. i dont think theres any puss in it. what is it?
theres also a bunch of teeny tiny bumps all along the head of my penis is that ok?

If they're around the rim of the head, they may be pearly penile papules, especially if you're a virgin (haven't had sex before) or have always been like that.
If so, they're harmless and can't be spread. Some guys just get them.

I hope that I am wrong.. But this sounds like genital warts.
You are probably thinking - The bumps don't look like warts. They usually don't. They are typically skin colored, like tiny little extra flaps of skin. They often look like skin tags (if you know what that is).

There are several diseases and conditions that cause small bumps on the penis. However, the most accurate results are obtained when your doctor perform lab tests to identify the type of bump. Even if you are not sexually active: there are some disease e.g. syphlis that can be present at birth and remaining unidentified until later life. So, instead of tring to link characteristics of disease, use the tools of modern technology, that can more accurately identify and treat the bumps.

could be a number of things, a rash being one of them. Your best bet go to your county health department and get checked. The std check usually costs about 25 bucks but it's a small price to pay for peace of mind. Especially since it may be something that could require treatment.

Sounds as though you need to see your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck. Sounds like warts to me in which case you REALLY do need to see a doctor.
