for the most common isotope of hydrogen, it would be (c), but there are many different types.

Protium has 1 electron orbiting 1 proton, the nucleus (c),
Deuterium has 1 electron orbiting 1 proton and 1 neutron together as the nucleus (d), and
Tritium has 1 electron orbiting 1 proton and 2 neutrons together as the nucleus.
