From your pc open IE type the router address into the address bar (the router address is generally located on a tag on the the router i.e. 192.168.1.1).
Verify that the wireless feature of the router is enabled.
Write down the SSID of your network.
Wireless security type and key (this is case sensitive).
Configure your wireless adapter with these settings

Once you are connected log back into your router and enable MAC addressing and enter your wireless adapter's MAC address so only your wireless adapter will be recognized by the router.
Disable/Hide your SSID broadcast feature

Good Luck

Many lodges have it complimentary to boot as maximum espresso shops and airports. Mcdonalds has it yet they cost. if you're in a suburban community its undemanding to discover unsecured networks that persons have left open to attach with and examine your e-mail etc. you could also spend enormous bucks and get a prompt plan out of your celll telephone organisation. although, all unsecure networks that you connect with publically will be public scams to thieve your own information or you'd be hacked to boot so there is continually possibility once you're not any more appropriate to a land line.
