Who gets poor service when the call about a problem with your cell phone, or gets ignored by a bubble gum chewing bimbo at the department store, or gets cussed at by a dude flipping burgers....
Who all thinks customer service is on the decline in this country??? I do.......

yes, Sprint IS the reason why I decided to post this question tonight...but I have seen poor customer service at other retail/sales locations (and online and over the phone)....

customer service these days stinks.
i just read an article on msn where they stated that Sprint has the WORST customer service. based on customer complaints.

i be attentive to! i'm from the great Lakes region of the U. S.. Grew up in a small city and everybody became fairly friendly in shops there. i myself worked at a gas station final spring the place I had to take a style in client help! i think of it became effective. I constantly tried to be friendly to clientele, although in the event that they pissed me off! lol Moved to a metropolitan area some months in the past and that i'm appalled on the lack of client attention right here. it style of sounds like human beings in shops are bored to tears and don't even make an effort to be friendly or effective. I constantly stumbled on working in those environments extra relaxing whilst i attempted to be joyful. interestingly they don't get this. yet another project I hate is looking "help lines" presently. it fairly is almost impossible to get a man or woman on the telephone. they have those stupid computers that are meant to be able to tell what you assert. "i think of you stated Frog Balls. Is that precise?" UGH!

I think it is definitely getting worse. There is such an I don't care attitude.
