Believe me, you are not the only one that does that frequently, I do the same thing.
In my situation it is with my b/f most of the time, I am trying my hardest to get over speaking before I actually think about what I am going to say or do. Being with him is more important then me then getting mad over something little or stupid.
Maybe we can work at both get better at not doing stupid stuff, good luck.
