I'd tell her she deserves to be treated so much better than she is. I honestly wouldn't even tell her I had feelings for her. Initially I would just try to make her see that she is so much better than she allows herself to be treated. I'd tell her that her boyfriend is a complete jackass, and an arrogant prick. Then I would tell her that she should be with someone who would treat her so much better, and would do anything for her, rather than the bare minimum like said jackass boyfriend. Honestly, I would be so happy knowing she was with a higher caliber person, even knowing that that person will never be me (sigh). That is what I would say.
