exactly... though their kook base will once again fall for it hook line and sinker... it is pitiful how they play their games and exploit everything... "oh... we will fund it provide we surrender on this date" Why the hell fund it? They want to fund defeat.... grow a spine and just come out and say what your real agenda is.... wave the white flag.... tell evil they have won and their resolve is much greater than ours.... leave a people in the middle of a crisis and abandon them... I don't recall doing that after WWII.... as a matter of fact I believe we still have soldiers and bases around Europe... I guess in the lefts mind the Iraqi's just aren't worth it... racists bigots.

And I thought I was long winded. The hypocrisy is that as an officer, it is Congress who voted on and approved his promotions. Being a four star means that he made General long before Bush got into office -- meaning that it's not about HIS (the General's) politics. If the war is going so incredibly bad, then why as the majority, have the democrats not brought this thing to an end? It's not that they cannot. It's more about choice and power.

Oh, shut up.
Bush decided to attack Iraq for the oil, after fabricating evidence based off of thin speculation.
Then, his generals said, "Send in a hundred thousand troops, at least." And Bush said, "Heheheheh, that's un-American. No."
Our troops don't have body armor because BUSH got rid of the surplus we had from Clinton by giving everyone $300. Great. Some people got their rent paid for free. Sure worth it, huh?
The troops got screwed over by BUSH and his REPUBLICAN CONTROLLED government that marched in lockstep with his wishes, when they gave them inadequate funding, turned contracts over to big corporations that administration members and friends profited from and did nothing for, and don't even have the right training. The Democrats did not start this war. Do not pin this on them.
Our troops haven't even received the proper training. We lower boot camp standards, train them in Colorado and then send them to the desert.
BUSH screwed the troops over. The Democrats have been left with this big pile of crap called Iraq, and he's trying to pin this on them.
We can't win in Iraq. You know why we need to get out? Iraq was arbitrarily drawn in 1924 by some British dude, it may have been Churchill, actually. It was only held together by dictators, because Iraq isn't a country. It's three tribes who have a deep, seething hatred for each other that goes back hundreds if not thousands of years, and we will never understand it. They want us to leave. How much worse could it get? Whatever we're holding back by our presence is evened out by what we're causing by remaining there.
Here's what we should do:
Stop senselessly slaughtering our own brave soldiers, and innocent Iraqi men, women and children. Bring the troops home.
Apologize to the UN for having an asshole vice president who lied to them, and ask for help securing a few places in Iraq until we get them back on their feet.
To get them back on their feet, bring Iraqi volunteers over here to America. Train them in Nevada, California and Arizona, and then send them back to Iraq. The climates are roughly the same, and they can train without being blown up, in less time.
Then the UN should help them redraw the borders so they can be three countries like they should be already and in a sense already are.
Bush started it, and now people who actually do their jobs are finishing it. Don't you dare place this on them.
I'd apologize for the anger, but you're an idiot, so I won't.
I will, however, apologize for the caps that make me look like a spammer. Yahoo doesn't allow italic tags, which I would have used otherwise.

If Bushtold anyone anything a year ago, who would be stupid enough to believe it? He's lied about everything.
"Emergency" funding wouldn't be necessary if Bush hadn't caused the emergency. If you skateboard off of the roof, don't blame the doctor.

WTF!! I am an American soldier. Why the hell are we being put in harms way???!!!! Take us the hell out of Iraq and we wouldn't need any money to fund our troops. Use common sense people. He has put us in this situation!!! He is now trying to bend his will upon us all by forcing congress to fund this tyrannical war. Take us out of Iraq and we will be fine... Icare not if Iraqis kill each other. They have done it for thousands of years and will continue to do it for a very long time.

they are clearly both playing politics...
Bush could have signed it and they would have the money, why didn't he? is a timeline worth putting the troops life in danger over?
this bill was brought up by the congress that was newly elected to bring up bills like this one and pass them... that's a major reason why some were elected...
do you want the congress to just go against the will of the people because Bush wants them too?

Settle down, there is plenty of money to fund the troops for Bush's war. If you truly believe that and are not just trying to inflame people, I want you to know that you are incorrect and should not perpetuate untruths.

There is no difference between Democrats and Republicans, both sides sold out to a globalist facist economic conglomerate and over the past 25 years they have destroyed America as we know it.
