Can you still see your smallpox vaccination? Was asked about mine today.Mine is about the size of a quarter on my left arm.

Mine is on my upper thigh, but it's nearly invisible now. It was still quite visible until I hit about 35.

Yes, it is quite clear on my upper left arm as is my BCG vaccination mark. Permanent proof of protection against these deadly diseases.

Although it does not stand out as much as it once did, it is still quite noticeable. Nickle sized, on my left arm.
