I heard about this thing, just recently, so I thought I'd post a couple of questins that have ben floating through my mind. Ponderings, nothing more. And so far, I have found that for the most part, it's people just attacking me for asking a question. Attacking my character or beliefs. Since when do people assume to know someone from a simple question?

Good Question!
I have been attacked with "additional comments", attacked with answers, even attacked in emails for my opinion. These attackers presuming to know things about me they can't possibly know. All I can say is some are intolerant of opinions that differ from theirs.

Many of the "attackers" are serious, and they may have profiled you. You may be over sensitive like the politically correct dupes if anyone should disagree with their agenda. Remember, we are playing with words here, and fortunately not weapons. If you receive many answers, it is easy to find the good and meaningful answers relative to your question. Sometimes, a respondent may be attempting to be funny, and generate a laugh. I have read many of the answers to various questions, and find some are very funny and evidence of keen wit. Remember, everything and every kind of personality is out there, idiots, and genius are peacefully co-existing, in this failed country now called the diverse and divided states of America. A house divided will not stand, and this is the precise reason that forced diversity is the major cause of the ongoing collaspe of the United States.

Atheists are clearly arrogant. Why? through fact we've medical information, and any atheist permit you be responsive to that medical information trumps a concept device that contradicts itself consistently. With that pronounced, I even have by no ability "attacked" a Christian without perfect reason. I even have examine the Bible in finished, which maximum Christians do not complication to do. So while they attempt to transform me to Christ, and that i exploit their e book to coach how i'm in a position to sleep at evening, i'm attacking them. With all the outspoken atheists on right here, i'm not even optimistic why you asked this question. you're able to desire to have basically asked that nerd that's continuously putting out interior the technology area at Barnes and Noble.

people tend to bristle and attack the questioner if the questions are asked in a condescending and abusive manner. I agree with the PP, that said just take it with a grain of salt. Alot of people who come on here are immature, though, and treat valid questions disrespectfully.

Provocative or insulting questions will annoy some people and evoke appropriate responses. I no longer answer the inflammatory and name calling posts because some of them report you when you return fire. Besides, arguing with extremists or provocateurs is like trying to teach a pig to sing. It wastes your time and it annoys the pig.

Maybe because you ask obnoxiously? Maybe you ask "loaded questions". Questions that don't leave a real answer, like "When did you stop beating your wife?"

Those kinds of questions lead one to question your motives, as they are set up to mischaracterize the honest answerers. Maybe some people have already seen through you.

In my opinion, people will attack what they do not agree with or do not believe in. For some it is easier to sit in front of a computer screen and act big and bad because in real life they are weak and timid. Mind you this does not pertain to all, just some.

Misplaced anger. I would venture to guess that the majority of people on this site have limited venue for political opinion. That is they are unable to voice their opinion to those who count. Personally, its more frustrating to feel like I'm not being heard than to deal with an opposing opinion.

If you're right you attack the left, if you're left you attack the right. It's how it goes here. We're all guilty. In other sections of Y!A, I don't know why. Some like the attention, and some are trolls. Take it with a grain of salt.

Because that is what politics has become these days. The news media perpetuates it, why would you expect a normal person to be any different.
