Free weights are dumbells, benches, and barbells.
I guess you aren't getting those eh? Well push-ups are a great way to go.
After you feel comfortable doing pushups, try doing them with only your feet and hands elevated. That makes it so your body can go lower.
Heres something to try.
25 push ups
60 crunches
20 push ups
50 crunches
15 push ups
40 crunches
10 push ups
30 crunches
15 push ups
40 crunches
and work your way back up to the top ie. increase the push ups by 5 until you hit 25 again and same w/ crunches
Thats a push up pyramid. Works wonders.

free weights. bodybulding.com has great descriptions and pictures aimed at which parts you want to work. if you email me, i can send you my work out schedule, it is pretty intense. keep at it for 6 months, you will transform. getting big doesnt come easy, it takes dedication and also not only the correct exercises and routines but the proper diet. diet is just as important as your exercises, without a good diet, all your work will go to waste. i lifted over a year on an improper diet with lots of fast foods and wrong types of foods and saw minimal gains. with a new and proper diet and great workout routine, im a bodybuilder.
