this girl owes me 400.00 and wont send it to me, its been 6 months, i shouldnt have given it to her in the first place but i am a kind person. i know i should grow up and let it go but it hurts to be treated this way and i know it will come back on me if i do something to get revenge but it will feel sooo goood!! yall know what i mean ;-) i have some pics of her at a strip party she gave, very adult xxx pics, where can i post them on the web so that every one can see but can't be traced back to me?? or how can i make her pay? no bodily harm!! she has her own home daycare.

That is illegal and can get you into a great deal of harm from the FCC, not to mention your own local authorities. This can impact you directly in other ways as well.
If she owes you money, take her to small claims court and get a judgement. Do NOT sink to the ways you're considering no matter how good you think it'll make you feel. Just don't do it.
If you say you're "a kind person" continue to be one and don't do it.

My answer to you, maybe won't satisfy you. I will tell you anyway. I do sometimes get back at a person when we are having a confrontation, but no retaliation of anything nasty. For what you are stating here, I take it that you are leaning more on the nasty side. Don't allow anyone to make you stoop lower than them. Do not sin for another persons dishonest deeds. This is what you do and it will happen.
Just pray and lift it up to God. Tell God your situation and you did a good deed to this person and that person is repaying you with evil. Tell God it is now in His hands and in His care. Then forget about it and let God do His work. God knows all and sees all. Peace and Love.

dont stoop so low as to retaliate, try talking to her and let her know you are in a bind you can try small claims court or chalk it up to experience and let it go, Retaliation will solve nothing and only make a bad situation worse. Good Luck

don't retaliate in a way that could hurt her as that is slander, and if you really have a kind heart, that really shouldn't be coming up in your question. just take her to a small claims court (e.g.- Judge Judy- rules!) and get your cash back

Just take her to small claims court to get your money back. Traveling expenses should be covered, you just ask for expenses.

If you have proof tht she owe you, or she has told you w/ a witness there to hear tht she owes you or she wrote tht she will pay youback, the take her to Judge Mathis!:)

You should sent copies of the photos to the parents of the children she sits for. Bet that'll hurt her pockets when they take their kids out of there.
