i love computers maximum time spent on internet

A cheap one. If all you do is surf the web you dont need a fast processor or a lot of ram, nor do you need fast ram or high fsb speeds. Performance is not really the issue if you are just surfing the web, so a low proc speed wont hurt you. 512 mb ram shouold be sufficient for multitasking needs, unless you tend to have lots of windows open at once. get a good wireless card if you plan to use wireless. Don't bother with a good graphics package either, they are expensive and really only useful if you plan to play graphically more intense games than flash games.

Compaq and Lenovo are good enough.
You could choose HP or IBM too if you your budget is high.
Any machine with Core Duo or Core 2 Duo will be good.
Buy any machine within your budget and add a 1GB RAM and be free of any implications upto 5 years

If you want to surf over internet safely then buy a mac or ordinary laptop with linux.

Choose an affordable laptop. Low specs are just fine if all you do is surf the internet.

Get a mac.

1) Safely browse the internet (no spyware, adware, pop-ups, viruses, etc.

2) Better UE and UI (User Experience and User Interface)

3) They just work

4) Better compatibility

5) Can run Windows, Linux, and OS 9
