Your license will be good in any state of the U.S. If you were to move to another state, then you would be required to change your license and vehicle registration to that state. There is one exception to that rule, the only way you can hold a valid license and vehicle registration from one state and live in another is if you are active duty military.

Until you establish residency in Pa. Once that happens, you must apply for and test for the Pa license. If it is suspended in SC, you cannot go to Pa and get a license. All states share driver info.

All the the U.S. states recognize as valid driver's licenses issued by other states (non-commercial licenses anyway, CDL's are more complicated). However if you move to another state, you are required to get a license issued by your new home state (each has different rules for how long you have to do this).

If you are just driving to PA, then yes, of course it will. But, if you are moving to PA (who would move from SC to PA????) then No, you will need to get a PA driver's license.
