Henry did many good things for England and many bad things. The country was prosperous and strong until Henry broke ties with the Catholic Church because he wanted to marry another woman, and people started being executed and starved and England was looked on as a bit of a joke. He was incredibly arrogant! There's plenty about him on the net, just search for him.

Henry VIII is distinguished for his selfishness and self absorbed rule. Because he wanted a new wife he broke all ties with the pope and started the protestant religion in Britain which to this day, the monarchy is protestant and they cannot marry a catholic. It was a huge cultural change, that left many people dead in the wake. All subjects had to take a test of fealty to the king instead of the pope and if you failed to do so, you were beheaded or imprisoned in the tower.

He was an unqualified success as king. Expanding the influence, stability and prosperty of his country for an unparalleled long reign. As a person, he was a slob and self-serving cretin.

In that vein, have you considered a trip to the library to perhaps read a book or article or even a web entry to learn something about the assigned subject? In that way you school experience might end up with education.
