you've two choices when faced with a challange, find away or make away.
you dont have to be proud of your past but do take pride in your future.
dream during the day and dream big because you can then make them a reality and never have to wake up.
you can only achieve what you beleive.

Don't worry or stress about things that you cannot control. This is pointless, wasteful and will only make you tired and sick. Concentrate on the things that you can change, that's good use of your time and energy.
