I got this movie on On Demand and I thought it was good, but I have seen at least 10 people on Y!Answers claim it is the best movie they have every seen! Am I missing something? Should I watch it again?

Everybody that I have talked to said that "Oh, you must just not understand it" but really, what is there to not understand?

I am a pretty big horror movie buff. Rarely does anything really scare me, but I screamed twice while watching The Descent. It certainly isn't the best, but it's the best recently.

Yeah it is the freakin best!! I love it so much. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. I saw it twice at the movies!! Its one of the best horror/thrillers ever. It's different from other horror movies. The whole thing is just great. Acting, directing, visuals. I mean don't you feel like your there stuck in the cave with them?? Well I did. Off course not everyone is going to like it, because we all have different opinions, reactions to movies. But all I can say is that I loved it.

personally i didn't think the movie was that good. i honestly don't know why anybody could say that the descent was the best movie ever there is much better movies like se7en,ect. but everyone is entitled to their opinions.

I honestly didn't like this movie. It annoyed me, It was really dark through out the whole movie and I'll you hear is the females complain.
