I am wearing a black dress with black heels and black jewelry. Yes I know I sound punk or goth or emo or whatever but truly its classy. Anyway I am a little unsure about what color boutonniere to get my date. He hasn't told me what color tux he's wearing but I am assuming black.

What flower? as well as what color? Roses are traditional, what about tulips?

Get a red rose with little tiny black bow on it, looks amazing with that kind of outfit next to it!!!

And your outfit sounds amazing, my kinda style!!!

Since your whole outfit is a classy black and your date will most likely wear a black tux, try a couple of red roses with white baby blossoms for his boutonniere it'll be a clean and classic look. If you want to try something unique, try a cool twist of different color roses such as peach or yellow they'll have you and your date standing out! Whatever you choose I'm sure you and your date will look awesome. =) Enjoy your day ^^

well considering your in all black, I would go with a simple white rose for his boutonniere. your corsage should have white roses as well, long stem ones or sweetheart roses. your boutonniere will cost around 9 dollars and your corsage around 15. i would suggest a shere black ribbon with it.
