My teacher has hepatitis from being a heroin addict. He was like, "Yeah I quit...a little" I was like wtf? Instead of teaching us all he talks about it drugs, guns and getting chased by the police. He gives us all F's for fun. He kicked my desk over while I was sitting in it. I talked to the dean and he said, "He has been a valuable member of our team for a long time, since he is sick we need to help him out." wtf??

That's what I would say to WTF....I would transfer out of his class. If the Dean isn't doing anything about it, I would find out who the Dean answers to, and report on his response.
Check with a lawyer about legal action against the school, especially against the dean not doing anything about the teacher physically abusing you (kicking over your chair with you in it, is abuse). Video tape some of the classes your talking about and show the lawyer.

If the dean won't do anything, go over his head and talk to the president or principal of your school. No student should have to put up with those antics in a classroom, no matter what kind of problem the teacher is having.

I would have your parents speak to the Dean, I bet he would be more concerned if parents were involved. That is some messed up crap. Clearly he should not be in a role model situation....and clearly he is messed up! Your dean might be messed up too, or is he just scared of the teacher???

i would go to the principal and get a few others to go too that have seen his behaviour. Teachers are supposed to be there to give people an education not promote drugs

Tell your parents. I would be down at the school if this happened to my kid.
You could also tape one of his rants and play it for your parents and the dean---or have your parents play if for the dean.

wtf. thats stupid. he should probably be suspended until he cleans himself up so he can to his job completely and correctly. or fired if he can't... you should tell someone higher, like the school board if the dean won't do anything about it
