I have a 2002 Elantra and the cigarette lighter does not work?

My 2002 Elantra cigarette lighter does not work. I do not have a book for the car, so I do not know anything about them. Also my fan that runs heater and air conditioner only works on #4. What's up with that.

Check the fuse!

Check the fuse or the wire connector for the cig lighter and for the other either the switch or the resistor.

blow fuse...for the lighter part, and a bad fan selector switch for the other.....
