George Tenet sat behind Colin Powell at the UN when General Powell put forth the CIA findings that Iraq had pursued the development of WMD's...Why didn't he tap Colin Powell on the shoulder and say "Hey look all that stuff is based on false and misleading information". That would be a true hero in my book.
