i dont care if they keep the money that i have pay so far but i just want out!!!
i dont want to pay anymore. can that be done ?

I assume you're making payments. If so, your legal obligation is with the mortgage company, not the timeshare. Sure, you can stop paying, but it will affect your credit. The timeshare probably can't help you, unless they've sold all their units/weeks. In that case, they might be able to sell yours for you. But, if they have inventory, they are much more interested in selling what they have before they help you ... after all, they already have the money for yours, from the mortgage company.
