More details please. Is the brick to keep the soil in? Or is it to trap heat to keep the plants warm at night? Or is it to keep the weeds down (you plant between the bricks)?

Just make sure the ground under the garden is turned over with a spade then add about 2 to 3 inches of stone then a little clay, then rich black earth , i use miracle grow i am getting radishes the size of golf balls and as cool as you can have them, the size of the garden is your choice , mine is 16 x 20 ft. and it gives me more veggies than we can eat. i didn't use bricks i used ceder boards from another job i was doing . good luck
