The weather has warmed up, but the rest of the other bushes seem to be doing fine. I don't want to over water.

it is transplant shock. in my zone, zone 7, the latest you want to transplant is mid april. all you can do is keep watering it, especially if it is hot where you live. i agree with the other post as well when it was stated that you took off too many roots. you can only do that in winter when it is dormant. if the plant is not too low in the ground, and you have mixed soil conditioner in the soil, you can put hose on it in the morning with a slow trickle and let it soak for 5 or 6 hours. then the next day see if the leaves have perked up any. if it is in shock you cant overwater, especially if you replanted the laurel high. might not be shock, but it sounds like that to me.

could be a few things wrong if you dug it your self you may not have left enough root on it,could have been planted to deep, needs to be fertilizered, bad soil, was it planted in the hot part of the day you really need to plant after the sun has gone down this time of the year that will cause it to wilt all i can say is wait and see what happens
