I am meeting a guy to look at my car i have for sale and we are meeting halfway. That would be beltway 8 and 288. Where is there a good populated public area that we can meet.

Tell him to meet you down at 518 and 288 - There are TONS of local businesses. There is a Race Track and Shell gas station near the intersection.

I would meet off of I-10 where it is safest and the most public. Why not at Edwards Cinama's lot. Guards and lots of people. Be careful.
