Recently my girlfriend has been getting some shooting pain in her uterus or that general area and it shoots up. She doesnt know what it is. She might be pregnant but were not sure. She is having a very light period. Could either of those have to do with it? What could it be? Whats going on?

Pregnancy wouldn't be causing her to have those shooting pains. Those could happen for a number of different reasons. Check the website below for more information. It sounds to me like she's over-due for a check-up. Good luck!!!

it may just be a normal sign of having a period as i get sharp pains there too when its the time of the months.I would suggest to have her go see a doctor.Good Luck

It sounds like something could be going on with her ovary, but because you guys think she could be pregnant as well I would recommend that she see her dr to have this evaluated to see if they can help her to figure out what could be going on.
